2007 "Blue Chip of the Year" Award Winner
NICK ZUCCARINI
Nick Zuccarini is the 2007 2nd Annual Blue Chip of the Year Award. Nick not only volunteered and met his High School's (Marmion Academy), minimum requirement of 15 hours volunteered in the local community but proceeded to a total
of 96 hours in 2007. Nick also the starting middle linebacker on his football team, led his peers on and off the field. Nick competed against many other surrounding high school
student athletes for this honor. Chicago area high schools such as Naperville Central, Naperville North, Geneva
Plainfield North, Oswego East, Wheaton Academy, as well
as his own Marmion Academy teammates all participated
and volunteered their time throughout the 2007 school year and summer.

2007 Honorable Mention Award Winner
JOHNATHON KOECHLEY
This Junior class Marmion Cadet volunteered an amazing 76 hours
to win the runner-up Blue Chips For Life, Inc. "Honorable Mention Award". Johnathon showed some amazing time management skills
by volunteering his time for others while working a summer
warehouse job as well as finding time to train for his upcoming football season.
